COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS

  • If you are not 100%, don't sign up. 
  • NO make-ups or credits for missed skates. 
  • Your payment covers only the exact time and dates you are signed up for. 
  • Registration is non-transferable. 
  • All registrations are final. No refunds. No situation exempt.
  • There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the policy.

All skates are on as scheduled unless the rink closes due to weather conditions (very rare). In the event of a closure, we will notify families via email and post updates on our social media channels.

Motor City Hockey communicates exclusively via email (Team@MotorCityHockey.com). Email is checked 1x per day. All emails will receive a response within 48 business hours.
